Powerpoint Northern Ltd are authorised dealers and distributors for all major power tool manufacturers, garden tools and a selected range of quality hardware supplies. We will endeavour to carry out warranty work in line with any item purchased with a full guarantee. Our workshops adjoin the premises at Thirsk Station and an engineer is on hand to discuss maintenance and repair issues during regular opening hours which are 7:30 to 6pm Monday to Friday and 7:30am to 5:00pm on Saturdays.

If a warranty claim is to be made please bring a receipt for the original purchase and or any warranty certification when you bring the goods. Depending upon the terms of the warranty items are sometimes sent away for repair by the manufacturers own engineering shop. We will advise you if this is the case and give an estimated turnaround time.
